Password and Security
Change your password and keep your shop account secure.
Open My Account → Opens your members area in a new tab
Step-by-step instructions
1 Open My Account
Click your username in the top-right corner of the SpotPro header. Select Company Profile for shop settings, or navigate to your account page. Staff members manage passwords from their own login.2 Go to account settings
For password changes, log out and use the login page's account recovery, or access manageaccount if your shop has a dedicated account settings link. Owner accounts can also change passwords via the login page reset flow.3 Click Change Password
On the account settings page, find the Change Password section. You will see three fields: current password, new password, and confirm new password.4 Enter your current password
Type your existing password in the box labeled Current Password. This verifies you are the account owner before allowing a change.5 Type a strong new password
In the New Password field, type at least 12 characters. Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse passwords from other sites.6 Confirm the new password
Type the same new password again in the Confirm Password field. Both entries must match exactly.7 Click Save
Click Save or Update Password. You will see a confirmation message. Your next login requires the new password.8 Update staff passwords
Each staff member changes their own password by logging in with their email and navigating to their account settings. Shop owners should not share the owner password with counter staff — use Staff & Access instead.9 Set up staff PINs for the counter
For day-to-day register access without sharing passwords, open Point of Sale → Staff & Access. Assign each employee a 4-digit PIN for checkout and NumisNexus lock screens.
Staff PINs protect checkout without sharing owner passwords. 10 Reset a forgotten password
On the login page at spotpro.us/members, click Forgot Password. Enter your email address. A reset link arrives in your inbox within a few minutes. Click the link and set a new password.11 Use Forget Me on shared computers
On a shared counter computer, click your username → Forget Me at end of day. This clears the saved login so the next person must sign in fresh.
