IRS cash and metals reporting — helper, not filing
Sales Checkout reminds you when cash on a ticket is more than $10,000. SpotPro does not file Form 8300 or 1099-B. Pull cash totals and the cash CSV for your accountant.
Sales Reports
Daily totals, tax summaries, item-level sales history, and the Accounting / QuickBooks bookkeeper pack. Today’s buys is a separate page: print or CSV of that day’s buys. SpotPro does not send it to the sheriff or to Finder.
Staff Accounts
Add employees, set permissions, and track who did what at the register. The shop login is the owner: price changes and voids do not ask for a PIN unless someone has signed in as Staff.
