    A SpotPro Representative walks you through the software 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is in the main subscription. Public overview: spotpro.us/24-7-support.

  2. 2 Where the number is

    After login: Help (lifebuoy in the corner), F.A.Q. → Who do I call for SpotPro software help?, or type call in Go to section. The number is members-only. It is not the Coin Shop floor line.

  3. 3 Not the shop-phone AI

    Optional AI Call Attendant answers your shop phone for customers. Dedicated 24/7 support is SpotPro helping you use the members area. Those are two different lines.
