Welcome to SpotPro — Use What You Need
Pay one price and turn on only the pieces you care about. SpotPro is modular — you are not required to set everything up.

Step-by-step instructions
1 The most important idea: SpotPro is modular
SpotPro is a toolbox of dealer tools under one subscription. You do not have to set up everything. You do not have to use every app, board, store, or marketplace. Pay one price, then turn on only the pieces that help your shop. Ignore the rest until (or unless) you need them.
The tools can work together as a full stack — buy metal → stock inventory → label → sell in store and online → ship orders — but that full loop is optional. Many successful dealers only use one or two features for months (or forever). That is expected and supported.2 Do not let the menu overwhelm you
When you first log in, the sidebar and setup options can look like a lot. That is because the whole toolkit is available — not because you must complete every path. Think of it like a commercial kitchen: you may only need the fryer, not every appliance on day one.
There is no “setup percentage” you must hit. Skip ecommerce if you only want TV prices. Skip POS if you only want scrap quotes and a buy board. Come back later when you have time or when a customer problem shows up that a tool solves.3 One price, many independent pieces
These are examples of tools that work on their own (and also plug into the rest when you want them to):- Scrap gold / melt tools — quote karat scrap and melt-based buys without running a full POS.
- Buy boards & price displays — customer-facing Buy Sheet and Display Screen (TVs / tablets) with live spot-driven prices.
- Website widgets & embeds — drop spot prices, boards, charts, and product widgets onto a site you already have.
- ExtraCoins ecommerce storefront —
yourname.extracoins.comwhen you want online sales (optional). - Point of Sale — barcode checkout, receipts, staff, inventory, and reports when you are ready to ring sales.
- NumisNexus — counter and show-table buys with presets, receipts, and professional estimates.
- Greysheet coin & bill lookup — guide values at the counter (lookups included / then your own keys).
- Dealer website — simple
yourname.dealer.spotpro.usone-pager (optional custom domain). - Web hosting (CoinWebHosting) — optional add-on for full cPanel / email / WordPress on your domain.
- Show tools & Show Advocate-style presence — show-related visibility and workflows (CoinShows network, show-table buying) when you work the circuit.
- Coin Dealer X (CDX) wholesale — dealer-to-dealer wholesale on coindealerx.com when you buy/sell wholesale.
- CDX Auction — timed public auctions on cdxauction.com from inventory (beta rollout; zero list/sell fees).
- SMS / subscribers — text alerts for specials and hours (uses your Twilio; optional).
4 They work together when you want — not because you must
When you use several pieces, SpotPro ties them together so data does not scatter: inventory can feed the storefront and CDX, buys can stock inventory, Display Screen premiums can match what you sell online, and so on.
That integration is a benefit if you grow into it, not a requirement on day one. Starting with a single TV board or only NumisNexus is a valid SpotPro shop.5 Pick a “day one” path (examples)
Choose one path that matches how you work now. Skip the others for later:- Counter buyer — Company name + NumisNexus presets + (optional) scrap gold %.
- Shop TV prices — Display Screen and/or Buy Sheet only; cast a URL to a TV.
- Website prices — Web Designer Tools embeds on your existing site.
- Online sales — ExtraCoins subdomain + a few listings + payments when ready.
- Full retail POS — inventory, labels, Sales Checkout, staff PINs.
- Wholesale — CDX when you trade with other dealers.
- Public auctions — CDX Auction when you want timed lots on cdxauction.com (see CDX Auction overview).
6 Log in (when you are ready for the dashboard)
Open spotpro.us/members, sign in with the email and password from registration, and bookmark it on the computer you will actually use. After login you land on the home dashboard (/members/index) with live spots, shortcuts, and action items — treat them as a menu of options, not homework. (This is different from the P.O.S. Dashboard under Point of Sale.)
Home dashboard after login — start with one shortcut that matches your day-one path. 7 Minimum useful setup (only if you need identity on receipts / web)
If you will print receipts, publish a dealer page, or go live online, open Configuration → Company Profile and add shop name, address, phone, and logo. If you are only embedding a spot widget or testing prices, you can wait on this.
Company Profile — fill in when branding or receipts matter; not required for every tool. 8 Optional: Setup Guide without the guilt
The blue Setup Guide on the dashboard is a suggested path for shops that want counter buying + TV prices quickly (~15 minutes if you do every step). It is not a requirement to “finish SpotPro.” Skip steps that do not match your path. Details: Setup Guide walkthrough.9 Where to learn more without drowning
Bookmark docs.spotpro.us and use search for the one task in front of you (“TV”, “scrap”, “Zelle”, “Shippo”). In the app, What's Live is a visual tour — browse when curious, not as mandatory training. When you need a full inventory of tools, open What's Included.
