Step-by-step instructions
1 Log in to your shop
Open your browser and go to spotpro.us/members. Type your email and password from registration. Click Sign In. Bookmark this page on your counter computer — you will use it every day.2 You will see your dashboard

On your dashboard, click the blue Setup Guide button (top right or welcome card). A panel opens on the right with numbered steps. It walks you through company profile, Display Screen, POS presets, and a test buy — about 15 minutes total.4 Know what is included
One SpotPro subscription covers: POS checkout, NumisNexus counter buying, inventory & labels, Display Screen and Buy Sheet TV boards, Greysheet coin lookup, your yourname.extracoins.com online store, order fulfillment, staff logins, and website embed widgets. No per-feature upsells for the core dealer workflow.5 Set up Company Profile first
In the left sidebar, click Configuration → Company Profile. Enter your shop name, address, phone, and upload a logo. These appear on receipts and your online store.

The left sidebar organizes everything: Configuration (setup), Apps (daily counter tools), Point of Sale (inventory, reports, staff), and Ecommerce (after subdomain setup). Click each section to expand it.7 Open NumisNexus for buying
Click Apps → NumisNexus to see your counter buy tool with live spot chips and preset buttons. Run a test buy before your first real customer.

Open docs.spotpro.us and bookmark it. Every feature has step-by-step instructions with screenshots. Use the search box at the top — type things like "junk silver", "TV", "receipt", or "Shippo".9 Take the What's Live tour
In the sidebar, click What's Live for an in-app feature tour with screenshots of every major tool. Good for showing new staff what SpotPro can do.
