Display Screen vs Buy Sheet vs NumisNexus
Three tools, one preset list — who sees what.
Open Display Screen Setup → Opens your members area in a new tab
Step-by-step instructions
1 NumisNexus = staff buy tool
Only your employees see NumisNexus. Tap presets, negotiate prices, print receipts, stock inventory. Open via Apps → NumisNexus. Never put this screen on a customer TV or share the URL publicly.
NumisNexus — staff only, not for customer TVs. 2 Display Screen = customer sell prices
Shows what you charge for bullion. Mount on a shop TV, tablet at the counter, or embed on your website. Configure premiums in Configuration → Display Screen.
Display Screen — what you sell bullion for. 3 Buy Sheet = customer buy prices
Optional. Shows what you pay for junk silver, bullion, and scrap gold. Builds trust — customers see the same numbers you quote at the counter. Toggle rows in POS Config.
Buy Sheet — what you pay customers. 4 One preset list in POS Config
NumisNexus buttons and the Buy Sheet both pull from Purchase Presets in POS Config. Edit premiums once — both update. Display Screen sell premiums are configured separately under Display Screen Setup.5 Configure sell vs buy separately
In Configuration → Display Screen, set premiums for what you sell. In POS Config → Purchase Presets, set premiums for what you buy. These are intentionally different — your buy and sell spreads are your margin.6 Typical shop TV setup
Many dealers run Display Screen on the main wall TV (sell prices) and Buy Sheet on a counter tablet (buy prices). Both refresh from live spot every ~5 minutes. NumisNexus stays on the register PC only.7 Website embeds for both
Copy embed codes for both Display Screen and Buy Sheet from Configuration → Web Designer Tools. Paste into your website so online visitors see live prices too.8 Staff workflow at the counter
Customer walks in to sell: staff opens NumisNexus, taps presets, negotiates. Customer walks in to buy bullion: staff points at Display Screen. Customer asks "what do you pay?": staff points at Buy Sheet. Three screens, one preset list.
