Two-step verification (authenticator)

Protect the dealer login with an authenticator app and recovery codes.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1 Open security settings

    Go to Configuration → Company → Two-step verification (or search “MFA” / “authenticator”).

  2. 2 Scan the QR code

    Click Set up authenticator. Scan the QR with Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, or any TOTP app — or type the manual key.

  3. 3 Confirm and save recovery codes

    Enter the 6-digit code to enable MFA. Store the recovery codes somewhere safe; each works once if you lose your phone.

  4. 4 Sign-in experience

    After email and password (or keep-me-signed-in cookie), SpotPro asks for the app code on auth-mfa. Staff web logins from Staff & Access are separate credentials.
