Bulk Price Updates
Raise or lower prices on many items at once using percentage or fixed adjustments.
Open Inventory → Opens your members area in a new tab
Step-by-step instructions
1 Open Current Inventory
In the left sidebar, click Point of Sale → Current Inventory. The full item table loads.2 Filter to the items you want to update
Use category and status filters to narrow the list. For example, filter to US Coins and Available before selecting items for a Greysheet-driven repricing.3 Select items with checkboxes
Check the box on the left of each row you want to update. Or click Select All at the top of the table to select every item in the current filter view.4 Open Bulk Actions
With at least one item checked, click the Bulk Actions button in the toolbar above the table. A dropdown menu appears.5 Choose Update Prices
Click Update Prices from the dropdown. A modal or panel opens with adjustment options.6 Pick percent or fixed adjustment
Choose Percent increase (e.g. +10%), Percent decrease (e.g. -5%), or Fixed amount (e.g. +$5 each). Type the value in the labeled box.7 Preview the changes
Click Preview if available. A table shows each item's current price and new price side by side. Scan the list for outliers — one wrong item can skew your margins.8 Export a backup first (recommended)
Before applying, click Export CSV from the inventory toolbar. Save the file to your computer. Bulk price changes cannot be undone in one click.9 Click Apply
When the preview looks correct, click Apply. A confirmation dialog may appear — click Yes to commit. Prices update immediately across inventory, Sales Checkout, and online listings.10 Spot-check a few items
Click three random items from the updated set and confirm their prices changed correctly. Open Sales Checkout and search one item to verify the new price appears at the register.
