Step-by-step instructions

1. 1 Three ways to be online

   Dealer Site (yourname.dealer.spotpro.us) — included one-page site from Company Profile. ExtraCoins (yourname.extracoins.com) — included ecommerce store. CoinWebHosting (yourshop.com) — optional full cPanel when you need your own domain, multi-page sites, real email mailboxes, Node.js apps, and delegated team logins.

2. 2 Who should add CoinWebHosting?

   Add hosting when you want POP/IMAP email @your domain, WordPress or custom HTML beyond the free Dealer Site, addon domains, Node.js APIs, or a full shop website you control in cPanel. Many dealers run Dealer Site + ExtraCoins first, then add hosting when they buy yourshop.com.

3. 3 SpotPro member signup

   Log in to SpotPro → Configuration → Your Domain Hosting (or open cwh-hosting.php). Pick Starter ($10/mo), Basic ($15/mo), or Standard ($25/mo) at member loyalty rates. Your SpotPro email is prefilled. If you already subscribe to SpotPro, do not pick the Pro bundle — that is for new customers who want POS + hosting in one plan.

   

4. 4 Public signup (non-members)

   Anyone can sign up at coinwebhosting.com. Plans from $12/mo (Starter). The Pro plan ($99/mo) bundles SpotPro POS for shops that want both in one subscription.

5. 5 After checkout

   You receive cPanel credentials and a hosting portal login. Point your domain nameservers to ns1.extracoins.com and ns2.extracoins.com (or an A record to the IP shown at signup). AutoSSL issues when DNS propagates. The portal walks you through DNS step by step.

   

6. 6 Billing

   CoinWebHosting bills on its own Stripe subscription — separate from SpotPro. Manage hosting billing in the CoinWebHosting portal. SpotPro subscription page shows a quick link when you have not added hosting yet.
