1 Point of Sale checkout
Barcode scanning, discounts, receipts, staff PINs, transaction history, and P&L reports. Open via Apps → Sales Checkout or Point of Sale → P.O.S. Dashboard.

2 NumisNexus buying
Counter and show-table purchases with presets, Greysheet hints, and printed receipts/estimates. Open via Apps → NumisNexus.

3 Inventory and labels
Unlimited items, photos, stock images, custom label designer, CSV import, and tag sheets. Manage via Point of Sale → Current Inventory and Design Your Labels.

4 Display Screen and Buy Sheet
Live TV boards for sell prices and optional customer buy prices. Website embed codes included. Configure under Configuration → Display Screen and POS Config Buy Sheet toggles.

5 ExtraCoins online store
Permanent yourname.extracoins.com storefront with live bullion cart pricing. Activate by setting your subdomain in Company Profile, then add listings under Ecommerce.

6 Orders and shipping
Order queue, Shippo labels, tracking emails, and customer history. Manage under Ecommerce → Orders after your subdomain is set.

7 Greysheet coin lookup
Coin Price Lookup integrated into SpotPro. Requires separate Greysheet Dealer+ API subscription for live values. Open via Apps → Greysheet Lookup.

8 SMS marketing
Subscriber list, QR signup, and text blasts. Requires your own Twilio account. Configure under Configuration → TEXT (SMS) Messaging.
9 Staff logins and PINs
Counter accounts with optional 4-digit PIN for checkout and NumisNexus. Manage under Point of Sale → Staff & Access.

10 What costs extra
Greysheet Dealer+ API keys (optional, for live guide values). Your payment processor transaction fees. Shippo postage. Twilio SMS usage. These bill directly from those providers — not through SpotPro.
