Export my business (data pack)

Download inventory, sales, customers, media list, and optional photos as a ZIP for backups or switching tools.

Step-by-step instructions

1 Open Export my business
In the members sidebar under Point of Sale → Reports, click Export my business. Or search “export” in the feature search bar.
2 Choose photos (optional)
Leave Include dealer-uploaded photos checked to pack images under photos/ (default about 50 MB / 400 files). Extra photos remain listed in media_manifest.csv. Uncheck for a smaller CSV-only ZIP.
3 Download the ZIP
Click Download export ZIP. You get inventory.csv, sales.csv, customers.csv, media_manifest.csv, README.txt, and optional photos.
4 Accounting exports
For bookkeeper / QuickBooks-oriented packs (sales journal, COGS, purchases), use POS Reports → Accounting instead of this portability pack.
