Publish Items to the Web Store

Step-by-step instructions

1. 1 Open Current Inventory

   In the left sidebar, click Counter → Current Inventory. Find the item you want to publish online.

2. 2 Click the item row

   Click the item to open its detail page. You will see fields for title, photos, price, description, and the ExtraCoins channel (Public web shop).

3. 3 Turn on ExtraCoins (list on the web)

   In the ExtraCoins channel card, turn the switch ON so the item is location online and linked to your store. Pick a store category if prompted.

4. 4 Allow online purchase — or in store only

   Still under ExtraCoins, use the Allow online purchase switch. ON = shoppers can add to cart when in stock. OFF = the listing stays on your website as In store only (browse photos and price; buy in person). See In-store only listings.

5. 5 Optional: slab certification

   Photograph the slab front and back in Listing photos — those are the ExtraCoins pictures, and we crop the coin out as extras. Then expand Certification (slabs) if you need to confirm service, cert number, or grade (listing photos can fill those). Read cert # from a photo is OCR only; it does not save a second set of holder photos. Collapsed by default for raw stock. Full guide: Track Slab Certification Numbers.

6. 6 Add a full description

   Scroll to the description field. Type a complete description a web shopper needs — grade, certification, toning, scratches, provenance. Web customers cannot pick up the coin and examine it; photos and text must sell it.

7. 7 Upload clear photos

   Confirm both obverse and reverse photos are uploaded. For a slab, front and back of the holder are enough — we add cropped-coin extras automatically. Well-lit, in-focus photos dramatically improve online sales.

8. 8 Set web price (optional)

   If the field labeled Web Price exists, leave it blank to use your retail price. Or type a web-only promotional price — for example, type 399 when your in-store price is $450.

9. 9 Set shipping for this item

   If a shipping field appears on the item or listing, type the shipping charge (use 0.00 for free shipping). Many dealers build shipping into the price instead.

10. 10 Click Save

    Scroll to the bottom and click Save. The item syncs to your online store within a few minutes.

11. 11 Verify on your live store

    Click Sell online → Open My Store. Search or browse for the item. Confirm the title, photos, price, and description display correctly.

    

12. 12 Sold items auto-hide

    When quantity hits zero (sold in-store or online), the listing automatically hides from your web store. No manual unpublishing needed.
