Claim Your Store Address (Subdomain)

Step-by-step instructions

1. 1 Open Company Profile

   In the left sidebar, click Configuration → Company Profile.

2. 2 Scroll to Store address

   Scroll down to the section labeled Store address. Or click the Store address tab if the page uses tabs. You will see a text field for your desired subdomain name.

   

3. 3 Choose your subdomain name

   Think of a short, memorable name: your shop name, city, or initials. Examples: thecoinshop, detroitcoins, smithnumismatics. Use letters and numbers only — no spaces or special characters.

4. 4 Type the name in the field

   Click the subdomain text box. Type your chosen name in lowercase. A preview below shows your full URL: yourname.extracoins.com.

5. 5 Check availability

   SpotPro blocks reserved names and duplicates. If the name is taken, you will see an error message. Try a variation — add your city, use initials, or add a number.

6. 6 Click Save

   Click Save at the bottom of the Store address section. Your subdomain is permanent — choose carefully because changing it later confuses returning customers.

7. 7 Confirm Ecommerce appears in sidebar

   After saving, look at the left sidebar. A new Ecommerce section should appear with links to Online Listings, Orders, Customers, and Open My Store.

8. 8 Open your live store

   Click Ecommerce → Open My Store. Your storefront opens at yourname.extracoins.com. It may be empty until you add Online Listings — that is normal.

   

9. 9 Set up payments next

   Subdomain and payments are independent — you can set either first. For card checkout, scroll to Online payments in Company Profile. See Set Up Online Payments.
