Online Listings (Store Listings)

Step-by-step instructions

1. 1 Confirm your subdomain is set

   The Ecommerce section only appears after you claim a store address in Company Profile → Store address. If you do not see Ecommerce in the sidebar, set your subdomain first.

2. 2 Open Online Listings

   In the left sidebar, click Ecommerce → Online Listings. You will see a table of your current web products — bullion tiers, numismatic items, and linked inventory.

   

3. 3 Click New Listing

   Click the New Listing button at the top right, or use Ecommerce → New Listing in the sidebar. The pro listing editor opens with Greysheet lookup, category picker, and sticky section navigation.

   

4. 4 Link an inventory item

   For a unique coin already in inventory, search and select the inventory record. Title, photos, and price pull from inventory automatically. Edit the web description if needed.

5. 5 Or create a bullion tier

   For bullion with volume pricing, create a new bullion listing. Enter the product name (e.g. 1 oz Silver American Eagle), weight, and quantity breaks (1oz, 20oz, 100oz tiers).

6. 6 Set spot-linked premiums

   For bullion listings, enter your premium over spot for each tier. Prices refresh from live spot about every 5 minutes — you do not manually update prices each morning.

7. 7 Set shipping and availability

   Type a shipping charge in the shipping field (or 0.00 for free). Choose whether the item ships or is Available In Store Only if you want foot traffic without shipping risk.

8. 8 Upload or confirm photos

   Add product images if not pulled from inventory. Clear photos of both sides are essential for numismatic listings.

9. 9 Click Save / Publish

   Click Save at the bottom. The listing appears on your extracoins.com store within a few minutes.

10. 10 Preview on your live store

    Click Ecommerce → Open My Store. Find your new listing in the catalog. Add it to cart and confirm live bullion pricing calculates correctly.
