Receipt & Estimate Settings
Footer text, estimate consultation rate, and NumisNexus print defaults.

Step-by-step instructions
1 Open POS Config
In the left sidebar, click Configuration → Point of Sale Config.2 Scroll to Buy Receipt Terms
Scroll to the section labeled Buy Receipt Terms. You will see a large text box for footer content.3 Type your buy receipt footer
In the text box, type the message that prints at the bottom of customer purchase receipts when your shop buys from a seller. Example: "Thank you for your business. Items sold as-is. Valid ID required." Keep it short — thermal paper is narrow.4 Set the estimate hourly rate
Scroll to NumisNexus Settings. Find the box labeled Estimate Hourly Rate. Type your consultation fee per hour (for example,75for $75/hour). This adds a consultation line when you print estimates at coin shows.5 Configure sales receipt footer
Scroll to Sales Receipt. Type footer text for checkout receipts when you sell to customers — return policy, website URL, or thank-you note. Click Save at the bottom of this section.6 Configure SMTP for tracking emails (optional)
Scroll to the SMTP2GO or email section if present. Enter your SMTP credentials if you want branded shipping notification emails. This is optional — skip if you only need in-store receipts.7 Click Save on each section
After editing each section, scroll to its Save button and click Save. Wait for the green confirmation before moving to the next section.8 Test a buy receipt
Open Apps → NumisNexus, add a test preset line, and click Finalize & Print Receipt. Confirm your footer text and shop logo appear at the bottom of the printed slip.
Receipt prints with your footer from POS Config. 9 Test an estimate
In NumisNexus, build a cart with a few lines and click Save as Estimate. The printed document should show your consultation fee line and the disclaimer NOT A SALE OR BINDING AGREEMENT.
