Step-by-step instructions

1 Get approved on Coin Dealer X
Apply at coindealerx.com/apply with shop details and sales channel links. Seller permission unlocks wholesale posting from SpotPro.
2 Open Current Inventory
In the sidebar: Point of Sale → Current Inventory. Linked items show CDX actions: Post, Update / Change wholesale offer, View, or Remove.

3 Use the On CDX filter
Click the On CDX chip to see only inventory already listed wholesale. Helpful when refreshing prices after spot moves.
4 Post from Store Listings
Ecommerce → Online Listings exposes the same Post / Update / Remove controls for web-listed SKUs tied to POS items.

5 Also list on save
On New Inventory Item, Edit, or Stock Buy → add to inventory, check Also list on Coin Dealer X wholesale. Set wholesale price, quantity, and optional delist floor before save.
6 Set delist floor on bullion
For spot + premium lines, set a minimum total price for the full quantity — the listing auto-withdraws if live spot value falls below the floor. Same field in SpotPro Post modal and on CDX Post bullion.

7 Remove without deleting POS stock
Click Remove to withdraw the wholesale offer. POS inventory and ExtraCoins listings stay unless you change them separately.
