Step-by-step instructions
1 Understand per-listing shipping
SpotPro sets shipping at the listing level. Each product or bullion tier has its own shipping charge. There is no single global shipping page — you configure shipping when creating or editing each Online Listing.2 Open Online Listings
In the left sidebar, click Ecommerce → Online Listings. You will see your product table with columns for name, price, and shipping.3 Edit an existing listing
Click any listing row to open the editor. Scroll to the field labeled Shipping or Shipping Charge.4 Set a flat shipping rate
Type your flat rate in the shipping field. For example, type8.95for $8.95 USPS Priority on single-coin orders. This amount adds to the cart at checkout.5 Or set free shipping
Type0.00in the shipping field for free shipping. Many dealers increase the product price slightly to cover shipping costs instead of showing a separate shipping line.6 Set different rates per product type
Bullion orders may need higher shipping than a single slab. Edit each listing individually — heavy 100oz silver bars might use15.00while a certified Morgan uses5.95.7 Mark in-store-only items
For items you will not ship, select Available In Store Only when creating the listing. These appear on your store for local foot traffic without shipping risk.8 Click Save on each listing
After editing the shipping field, scroll to the bottom and click Save. The new rate appears at web checkout immediately for that product.9 Test on your live store
Click Ecommerce → Open My Store. Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout. Confirm the shipping line shows your configured amount before the customer pays.
Shipping charge appears in the checkout cart. 10 Configure fraud filters in Company Profile
