Step-by-step instructions
1 Open Orders
In the left sidebar, click Ecommerce → Orders. The orders queue loads. New orders appear at the top with status Pending. A badge on the sidebar shows how many are waiting.
Ecommerce → Orders in the sidebar. 2 Filter by status
Use the status tabs or dropdown at the top — Pending, Processing, Shipped, All. Click Pending to see only orders that need action today.3 Click an order number
Click any order row to open the detail page. You will see the customer name, items ordered, shipping address, billing address, payment status, and order total.4 Review billing vs shipping address
Compare the billing address and shipping address on the order detail page. For card orders, these should match. Flag any mismatch before shipping high-value bullion — this is your first fraud filter.5 Pull items from inventory
Read each line item and pull the coins from your inventory shelves or safe. Match certification numbers and descriptions carefully before packing.6 Mark items as picked
On the order detail page, check off or mark each line item as picked when you have it in hand. This helps if you fulfill orders in batches throughout the day.7 Pack securely
Use rigid mailers for slabs, bubble wrap for raw coins, and discreet packaging for bullion. Do not include pricing paperwork that reveals contents to handlers.8 Enter tracking and mark Shipped
Type the carrier name (USPS, FedEx, UPS) and tracking number in the labeled fields on the order page. Click Mark Shipped or Shipped. The customer receives a tracking email if SMTP is configured.9 Check customer history
For repeat buyers, click Ecommerce → Customers in the sidebar. Search the customer name to see their order history and lifetime value.
Customer history under Ecommerce → Customers.
