Step-by-step instructions
1 Connect Twilio
Open Configuration → TEXT (SMS) Messaging. Enter Account SID, Auth Token, and your SMS phone number, then Save & auto-configure messaging. SpotPro wires the inbound webhook so keyword replies work.2 Review the keyword catalog
On the same page, open the Customer keyword replies table. Every shop gets the same list: SPOT, PRICES, GOLD / AU, SILVER / AG, PLATINUM / PT, PALLADIUM / PD, INFO, HELP, VALUE, START, THANKS, STOP.3 Preview what customers receive
Use the Preview what customers receive chips. Tap SPOT, PRICES, GOLD, etc. to see the exact SMS body built from your sell premiums and live spot — no text is sent yet.4 Send a phone test
Enter your mobile number. Click Send setup text to confirm Twilio works, then Send selected keyword reply to receive that keyword’s body on your phone. Or text your shop Twilio number yourself withSPOTorPRICES(real customer path).5 Advertise at the counter
Print a small sign: “Text SPOT for spot · PRICES for our sell prices · HELP for the full list.” Keyword replies still work if you pause outbound marketing blasts.
