Tag Sheets & Tag and Scan
Print short T-code barcodes (T1–T9999), stick them on flips or bins, and add inventory from your phone.
Open Tag & Scan → Opens your members area in a new tab

Step-by-step instructions
1 Open Tag Barcode Sheets
In the left sidebar, click Point of Sale → Tag Barcode Sheets. Pick a layout, set your starting tag number, and preview the sheet.2 Choose Avery 5167 for 2×2 flips (recommended)
The default layout is Avery 5167 — a narrow ½″ × 1¾″ strip that fits the bottom rim of a 2×2 cardboard flip without covering the coin window. Avery 5160 and other layouts are available if you use bin labels instead.3 Print at 100% scale
Click Print. In your printer dialog, set scale to 100% (do not use “fit to page”). Each label shows a Code 128 barcode and the tag code (e.g. T42).4 Stick tags on flips or bins
Peel labels and stick them on flip rims, bargain bins, estate overflow, or bulk lots. One tag code maps to one inventory item (or one bin you restock).5 Open Tag & Scan on your phone
On your phone, open Point of Sale → Tag & Scan (opens in a new tab) or scan the QR code shown when you open Tag & Scan on a desktop. Log in with your shop credentials if prompted.
Tag & Scan mobile screen. 6 Scan or type the tag
Tap Use camera and hold the phone 4–6 inches from the label (macro focus when your phone supports it). Tap the camera preview to refocus. Or type the code in the box and tap Look up tag.7 New tag — fill out the entry form
If the tag is unused, SpotPro opens the full mobile entry form: tap an item type chip (Bullion, Collectible, Junk, etc.), set sell price, add photos (optional mask for storefront), and tap Save. This is the same data as desktop New Inventory Item, optimized for one-handed phone use.8 Tag already used — add quantity or edit
If the tag is already in inventory, you will see the item title, quantity, and price. Tap +1 quantity when you add another coin to the same bin, Edit item to change details, or Scan another for the next tag.9 Pull down to start fresh
Between tags, pull down anywhere on the screen (or tap Start fresh) to clear draft data and return to the scanner.10 Scan the same tag at checkout
At the register, scan the tag barcode in Sales Checkout with your USB scanner. The item loads with the title and price you saved — no re-typing.
Tagged items scan directly into checkout.
