CDX Auction Seller Console

Manage live lots, confirm payments, ship with tracking, relist unsold items, and seller feedback.

Step-by-step instructions

1 Open the console
Sidebar: Ecommerce → CDX Auction (/members/cdx-auction). Tabs: Overview, My lots, Offers, Payments & shipping, Claims, Feedback, Settings. Phone & ID verification is not an auction tab — use Ecommerce → Seller trust.
2 After a win
Buyer receives an invoice on cdxauction.com. They pay via your enabled methods on the Pay seller page. You confirm offline payments, mark shipped (tracking optional), then complete the order. Pack remote ship on Ecommerce → Ship Desk.
3 Relist unsold
Unsold or cancelled lots can be relisted from the console with the same settings — including live spot Buy Now markup and price floor when applicable.
4 Public store page & trust badges
Buyers can browse your lots at cdxauction.com/store/{your-slug}. Seller rating, payment chips, and the green Verified dealer trust badge (after phone SMS + government ID under Seller trust) appear on lot pages, your store hero, the sellers directory, and pay screens.
5 Auction Settings vs Seller trust
Settings on this console = auction notifications, local pickup max miles, and public store headline/about/policies (payment methods are reference-only from Company Profile). Seller trust = dealer identity for all channels. Old links to cdx-auction?tab=trust redirect to Seller trust.
