Step-by-step instructions
1 Who can list (beta)
CDX Auction listing in SpotPro is rolling out dealer-by-dealer. Your account must be enabled for Send to CDX Auction on inventory and store listing tiles. The public marketplace at cdxauction.com is open for browsing; in-app listing stays gated until your shop is approved.2 List from Current Inventory
Open Point of Sale → Current Inventory. On any in-stock item (quantity at least 1), click the Auction (gavel) button. Set starting bid, optional reserve, optional Buy Now, duration (3–30 days), and quantity. Listing alone does not reserve stock — your store and Coin Dealer X wholesale stay fully sellable until the first bid. Once bidding starts, that lot quantity is held so it cannot double-sell.3 List from Online Listings
Open Ecommerce → Online Listings. POS-linked tiles show the same Auction button. You do not need a separate store listing if the item already exists in inventory — inventory is the preferred path when both are linked.4 Seller console
Open Ecommerce → CDX Auction for live lots, payments, shipping, feedback, relist, and notification prefs. Confirm Zelle/wire/check, mark shipped with tracking, and leave feedback after the sale.5 Payments — not platform Stripe
Winners pay you using methods from Configuration → Company Profile: Authorize.Net, CARDZ3N, PayPal, Zelle, wire, and offline report. SpotPro subscription Stripe is separate — auction settlements use your dealer processors.6 Cancel before bids
You may cancel a live lot from inventory or the seller console only when bid count is zero. If the item sells on your store or wholesale while the auction has no bids yet, SpotPro ends the auction automatically when stock can no longer cover the listed quantity.
