Company Setup — complete the page on the first visit
Fill every section on Company Setup in strip order the first time you open it. Store address first — ExtraCoins and payments stay hidden until you save it.

Step-by-step instructions
1 Open Company Setup
In the left sidebar, click Shop setup so the submenu opens, then click Company Setup. ExtraCoins website is the next link under it. Stay on Company Setup until the strip is done. Do not save only the name and come back later.Shop setup → Company Setup. 2 Store address first
If you see the yellow card Create your ExtraCoins store address, type your store word in the box between https:// and .extracoins.com, then click the red button labeled Save address. This cannot be changed later. ExtraCoins website and Payments stay hidden until this is saved.3 Company information
Click Company in the strip. Fill Company name, then Company logo if you have a file (Drag a logo here, or click to browse — JPG, PNG, or WebP). Then Street address, City, State, and ZIP together.4 Contact information
Click Contact. Fill First name, Last name, Email, Phone, and Business hours (example on the box: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat 10am–2pm).5 Current website & description
Click Current website. If you already have a shop website, type the domain only after https://. If you do not have a domain yet you can leave the URL blank, but fill Business description.6 Affiliations, directory, After you sign in, Vacation, Alerts
Work the strip in this order: Affiliations, social & display (ANA, PCGS, NGC, and Greysheet — only check memberships you hold), then Public directory listing (List my business on the public dealer network — on unless you turn it off), then After you sign in (Start page), then Vacation settings, then Alert preferences.7 Marketing site, ExtraCoins website, Payments
Click Marketing & portal to publish yourname.dealer.spotpro.us. ExtraCoins design (a full ExtraCoins website, not a skin), ExtraCoins custom domain, demo store, cart holds, and Google Shopping are Shop setup → ExtraCoins website (the link under Company Setup). Cards, PayPal, Zelle, and wire are Shop setup → Payments & risk.8 Save profile
Scroll to the bottom. Click the blue button labeled Save profile. Changes are not automatic. Wait until you see that it saved.
