Company Profile — Shop Name, Logo & Address

Step-by-step instructions

1. 1 Open Company Profile

   In the left sidebar, click Configuration → Company Profile. The page loads with sections for your shop identity, store address, and online payments.

   

2. 2 Enter your business name

   At the top of the page, find the box labeled business name or company name. Type your exact legal or trade name. This prints on buy receipts, sales receipts, and your online store header. Check spelling carefully.

3. 3 Add your street address

   Type your street address in the address field. Then fill in city, state, and zip code in the labeled boxes below. This address appears on receipts and shipping labels.

4. 4 Enter your phone number

   Type your shop phone number in the phone field. Customers see this on receipts and your extracoins.com store. Use a number you answer during business hours.

5. 5 Upload your logo

   Scroll to the logo section. Click Choose file under Logo. Select a PNG or JPG from your computer — roughly square, at least 200×200 pixels. The preview updates after upload.

6. 6 Review the logo preview

   After uploading, you will see a preview of how your logo appears on receipts. If it looks stretched or pixelated, upload a higher-resolution square image.

7. 7 Add your email (if shown)

   If an email field appears, type your shop contact email. This may appear on web store pages and order confirmation emails.

8. 8 Click Save

   Scroll to the bottom of the Company Profile page. Click Save. A green confirmation message appears when your settings are stored.

9. 9 Verify on a receipt

   Open Apps → NumisNexus, run a test buy, and print a receipt. Confirm your shop name, address, phone, and logo all appear correctly at the top.

10. 10 Verify on your online store

    If your subdomain is set, click Ecommerce → Open My Store. Your shop name and logo should appear in the store header.
