Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1 Open your dashboard

Sign in at spotpro.us/members. The language flag and Page help icon are in the top header bar on every screen.
  2. 2 Switch to Español (México)

Click the language dropdown next to your profile (shows the current flag — US or Mexico). Choose Español (México). The sidebar, buttons, and help text reload in Spanish. To return, pick English from the same menu. Your choice stays in session until you switch back.
  3. 3 What translates

POS menus, NumisNexus, Sales Checkout, inventory, ecommerce orders, POS Config, and in-page help modals include Spanish strings. If a newer label is not translated yet, SpotPro shows the English text automatically — nothing breaks.
  4. 4 Open Page help

Click the ? icon in the top-right header. The Page help panel slides open with tips for the screen you are on.
  5. 5 Enable dark mode

In Page help, scroll to the Appearance section. Turn on Dark mode. The dashboard, cards, forms, and POS screens switch to a dark theme. Toggle off anytime for light mode.
  6. 6 Per-computer preference

Dark mode is saved in your browser — the shop counter PC can stay dark while the office laptop stays light. Language follows your login session.
  7. 7 Good for bilingual crews

Owner can stay in English while counter staff use Español on the same shop account. Staff PINs and permissions work the same in either language.
