Step-by-step instructions
1 Open the POS Dashboard
In the left sidebar, click Point of Sale to expand the menu. Click P.O.S. Dashboard. Or from your home dashboard, click the POS Dashboard shortcut tile.Point of Sale → P.O.S. Dashboard. 2 Read today's sales card
The top-left card shows Today's Sales — total dollar amount of completed checkout transactions today. This refreshes when you load the page.3 Read today's buys card
The next card shows Today's Buys — total spent on NumisNexus shop purchases today. Compare sales vs buys to gauge your daily cash flow.4 Check inventory value
The Inventory Value card shows the total retail value of your available inventory. The Acquisition Cost card shows what you paid for stock still on hand.5 Use the metal charts
Scroll down to the gold, silver, platinum, and palladium charts. These help you glance at the market during the day. Product prices on your Display Screen and bullion listings update from spot about every 5 minutes.6 Click shortcut tiles
Below the charts, shortcut tiles link to Sales Checkout, NumisNexus, Inventory, Reports, and more. Click any tile to jump directly to that tool.
Sales Checkout tile — one click from the dashboard. 7 Review staff performance
If staff attribution is enabled, the dashboard may show a staff breakdown for today's sales and buys. Click Manage staff to add or edit employees.8 Use as your morning checklist
Make the POS Dashboard your "open the shop" screen: check spot prices, review yesterday's numbers, glance at pending web orders, then jump to checkout or NumisNexus as customers arrive.
