Staff Quick Cart — Running List to Checkout

Scan items while helping a customer on the floor, then send the list to the register ready to ring up.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1 Open Staff Quick Cart

    Click Apps → Staff Quick Cart on a staff phone, or save the QR from Apps → Staff Quick Cart QR. Do not print this QR for customers — use Price Check QR for self-service lookups.
  2. 2 Scan as the customer commits

    Scan or type the same barcodes you use at the register. Each item adds to the customer list with a running total at the top. Scanning the same item again increases quantity.
  3. 3 Adjust quantity or remove mistakes

    Use + / on any line or tap Remove. Clear wipes the list if you start over with a new customer.
  4. 4 Send to Checkout

    When the customer is ready, tap Send to Checkout. The list is stored for your shop (about 30 minutes) — you do not have to use the same phone as the register.
  5. 5 Load on the register

    On the checkout computer, open Apps → Sales Checkout. A blue Quick Cart waiting banner shows item count and total. Click Load Quick Cart — every line appears priced in the cart. Collect payment as usual.

  6. 6 Pricing matches checkout

    Quick Cart uses the same sell-price rules as Sales Checkout (premiums, rounding, online deals in inventory). Tax calculates when you complete the sale on the register.
