Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1 Open Stock Purchases

In the left sidebar, click Point of Sale → Stock Purchases. You will see a table of pending buys from NumisNexus, sorted with newest at the top.
  2. 2 Find your buy code

Each row shows a buy code (e.g. PUR-20260609-0001), date, total paid, and number of lines. Click the buy code to open the detail page.
  3. 3 Review every line

The detail page lists every line — description, quantity, amount paid, and Greysheet data if linked. Confirm the amounts match what you paid the customer.
  4. 4 Click Stock on one line

Click the Stock button on a row you want to inventory. A form opens asking for retail price, category, description, and photos.
  5. 5 Fill in retail price

Type your asking retail price in the price field. Use Greysheet suggested sell as a starting point for collectibles. For bullion, price from your sell premiums.
  6. 6 Upload photos

Drag obverse and reverse photos into the upload area, or click Choose file. Clear photos help when you later list the item online.
  7. 7 Click Save / Stock Item

Click Save or Stock Item at the bottom. A barcode is assigned automatically. The line status changes to Stocked.
  8. 8 Batch stock identical items

For bullion lots with identical SKUs (e.g. 20 ASEs at the same grade), click Batch Stock. Enter quantity and price once — SpotPro creates multiple inventory rows.
  9. 9 Verify in Current Inventory

Open Point of Sale → Current Inventory. Search for the newly stocked item. Confirm barcode, price, and quantity are correct.
