Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1 Open Ship Desk (the only pack queue you need)

In the left sidebar, click Ecommerce → Ship Desk (or search “Ship Desk” with Ctrl/Cmd+K). This is the central pack & label hub for paid remote ship orders from ExtraCoins Storefront, CDX Auction / Live Shows, and CDX Wholesale. In-store counter sales and pure pickup stay out of this list.
  2. 2 Read the status chips

Needs shipping is your daily work pile (need a label or already labeled). Need label is still waiting on a label. Has label / Shipped / All cover the rest. Channel chips match Orders: storefront, Auctions/Live, wholesale.
  3. 3 Use live search and sort

Type a buyer name, email, order number, barcode, or lot id — the list refreshes without a full page reload. Sort by newest, oldest, buyer A–Z, or multi-order groups first. Order dates show relative age (Today · 2:15pm); hover for the exact timestamp.
  4. 4 Work buyer groups (ship as one package)

When the same buyer and ship-to address appear on more than one open order (even across channels), SpotPro groups them with a pack-together control. Select the group and pack once — multi-order → one package when you ship from Ship Desk.
  5. 5 Confirm items with photos

Line items can show product thumbnails from inventory, storefront listings, or auction media. Click a thumb for a larger photo so you pull the correct coin or bar before packing.
  6. 6 Get rates and buy a label

On an unlabeled order, enter package weight in ounces, click Get rates, pick a carrier service, then Buy label. Confirm in the modal. Postage bills to your Shippo account (live key under POS Config / Integrations — same key for store and auction).
  7. 7 Run Ship Sprint (batch cheapest labels)

On the sticky dock: click Need label only, set the shared weight, then Ship SprintBuy cheapest labels (up to 15 orders). SpotPro rates each order and purchases the lowest-priced service. When finished, open packing slips and print labels from the same dialog. Allow pop-ups for batch label tabs.
  8. 8 Optional: Get rates before Sprint

Dock Get rates loads rates for the selection and pre-fills each order’s cheapest option so you can review carriers before buying. Use this when some packages need Priority instead of First Class.
  9. 9 Packing slips, pick lists, and notes

Print packing slips from the dock or per order. From Orders you can open a pick list (Download PDF preferred) to gather stock, then return to Ship Desk to pack. Desk notes are private (hold, refund) and do not replace order notes. Use Open to jump into Orders for refunds and address fixes.
  10. 10 What stays on Orders (not Ship Desk)

Orders = money & status across all channels (Zelle/wire confirm, fraud holds, refunds, pickup handoff, channel filters). Customers = multi-channel CRM. Prefer Ship Desk for every remote label so you are not managing separate ship queues per channel.
