Web Pickup at the Counter

Fulfill online pickup and Zelle orders from Sales Checkout while you ring up walk-in sales.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1 Open Sales Checkout on the register

    In the left sidebar, click Apps → Sales Checkout. Enter your 4-digit staff PIN if the lock screen appears. Keep this tab open on your counter monitor — walk-in sales and web pickup share the same screen.

  2. 2 Find the Web pickup bar

    Above the cart on the right, you will see a compact Web pickup bar with a badge showing how many pickup orders are waiting. This bar stays out of the way while you scan barcodes for walk-in customers.

  3. 3 Expand the pickup queue

    Click Web pickup to expand the queue. Each row shows the order number (EC-12345), customer name, total, and status — Awaiting Zelle, Pay at pickup, or Ready for pickup. Click any row to load that order instantly.

  4. 4 Look up by order number

    When a customer says their order number, type EC- plus the digits in the lookup box (for example EC-339) and click Go. The order detail card opens below with line items, payment method, and the next action button.

  5. 5 Confirm Zelle or wire at the counter

    For Awaiting Zelle orders, ask the customer to show their bank transfer with memo EC-{order}. When it matches, click Confirm Zelle received. For Awaiting Wire orders, match the bank reference the same way and click Confirm wire received. SpotPro marks payment complete — no need to open the Orders page while the customer waits.
  6. 6 Cash at pickup — collect and complete

    For Pay at pickup orders, collect cash from the customer, then click Mark picked up. Payment and fulfillment complete in one step — inventory was already held when they placed the order online.
  7. 7 Paid pickup — hand off the items

    For card- or Zelle-paid orders marked Ready for pickup, pull the items from your shelf and click Mark picked up when the customer leaves with their order.
  8. 8 Queue refreshes automatically

    After each action, the pickup queue updates in place — you stay on Sales Checkout for the next walk-in scan. Use Apps → Orders for shipping labels, batch pack-and-ship, and full order history.
