Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1 Open Incoming packages

    Counter → Incoming packages, or Go to and type incoming or consign.

  2. 2 Start a package

    Who sent it, optional tracking, a note. Then add each piece (title and qty).

  3. 3 Decide each line

    Buy marks the line and opens NumisNexus so you ring the purchase there. Offer stores a dollar amount. Pass is a return. Consign is a reminder to stock later from New inventory item — it does not create inventory.

  4. 4 What this is not

    This is not Sales Checkout and not Out of the case. Coins leaving the shop still use Out of the case (grading, memo, show).

Out of the case — grading, memo, or a show

Send coins out of the case for grading, another dealer, or a show. They stay in inventory. Checkout and ExtraCoins will not sell them until they are back. Fees go on each coin’s cost.
