Public Dealer Network Listing (CDXList, USCoinShops, CoinShows, Cash4Coins & CDX Links)

Step-by-step instructions

1. 1 Open Company Profile

   Go to Shop setup → Company Profile. Scroll to the Public directory listing section.

   

2. 2 On unless you opt out

   The listing switch is on unless you turn it off. Uncheck it only if you do not want public directories. Your SpotPro POS and ExtraCoins store are unaffected either way.

3. 3 Complete address and services first

   Fill in shop name, address, city, state, ZIP, phone, logo, services, and business description on the same page. Directory listings pull from these fields.

4. 4 Turn on the network toggle

   Leave List my business on the public dealer network checked (the default). Click Save. Uncheck and save only to opt out.

5. 5 Where you appear

   USCoinShops.com — searchable dealer directory (including ZIP search). CoinShows.us — dealer pin on the national show map and a dealer profile page while your SpotPro subscription is active. Cash4Coins.us — when mail-in sellers want a local shop, your card can appear within 100 miles of their ZIP (same Company Profile data). CDXList.com — primary nationwide directory (7,510+ Verified U.S. shops). Melt Prices (meltprices.com) — public melt catalog (gold, silver, copper, nickel, and more); after a seller figures melt they can enter a ZIP and nearby CDXList shops are listed, so walk-ins can find you. The members twin is Quick reference → Melt catalog. CDX Links — ExtraCoins store or dealer page we host, once that page has real content (not an empty shop). Your own website is listed too if it links to cdxlinks.com (footer is fine).

6. 6 Mark shows you will attend (separate from this toggle)

   Open Menu → Coin Shows (or members/coin-shows). Search a show, tap I'll be there, and optionally add a free booth / table number and what you might bring. Collectors see your shop under Dealers at this show on that CoinShows page. CDX Free / Plus / Featured listings without full SpotPro can do the same from cdxads.com/portal. 7. 7 Preview your listings

   Open your USCoinShops profile at uscoinshops.com/company/your-shop-city-st (old company.php?cid= and numeric /company/ID links redirect to that slug). Your CoinShows profile is at coinshows.us/dealer/your-shop-city-st (old dealer?cid= redirects; subscription must be active). Search your ZIP on cash4coins.us/coindealers to confirm local referral visibility. Each of those pages is a different listing with its own URL — they are not copies of each other.

8. 8 Turn listing off anytime

   Uncheck the toggle and save to remove your shop from both public directories. Grandfathered shops that were listed before opt-in was added can also opt out this way. Show attendance is managed separately on Coin Shows (Clear / Remove).
