One sale, one unit, no apology. When a coin is on Sales Checkout — even before Complete Sale — it is not for sale on ExtraCoins, eBay, wholesale, auction, or connected storefronts.

1 What happens
One sale, one unit, no apology. Add a coin to Counter → Sales Checkout. That quantity is held for the person at the counter, even before you click Complete Sale. ExtraCoins (your store and pack sites) shows it out of stock. Connected eBay, Shopify, Square, Woo, and BigCommerce listings go to quantity 0, or a no-bid eBay auction ends. Coin Dealer X wholesale and no-bid CDX Auction lots come down the same way. The ticket line shows Off ExtraCoins / Off eBay when those listings came down.2 Take it off the ticket
Trash the line (or skip Complete Sale). The hold ends. ExtraCoins is for sale again. eBay Buy It Now qty comes back. A no-bid auction SpotPro ended for the hold is listed again. Wholesale and auction lots SpotPro pulled for the hold come back.3 Complete the sale
The piece is sold. Those channels stay off. Inventory quantity drops as usual.4 Bids already placed
eBay or CDX Auction lots that already have bids stay live — those sites will not cancel a bid. ExtraCoins still will not sell that piece. CDX Buy Now and cart still refuse it.5 ExtraCoins carts
An unpaid ExtraCoins cart does not take the piece from the person at the counter. If a shopper already had it in their cart and the register takes the last one, ExtraCoins removes it and tells them it is temporarily out of stock.
