Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1 Understand what Greysheet provides

Greysheet (CDN Publishing) supplies wholesale coin values — bid, ask, and retail guide prices by series and grade. SpotPro integrates these values into buying, inventory pricing, and counter reference.
  2. 2 Open Greysheet Lookup

In the left sidebar, click Apps → Greysheet Lookup. The Coin Price Lookup page loads with a search bar and results area.
Apps → Greysheet Lookup in the sidebar.
Apps → Greysheet Lookup in the sidebar.
  3. 3 Search by keyword

Click the search box at the top. Type a keyword — for example, Morgan 1881-S or Walking Liberty half. Press Enter or wait for results. Matching series and varieties appear in a list.
  4. 4 Or browse by series

If a series tree appears on the left, click a category (US Coins → Morgan Dollars → 1881-S) to drill down. Each level narrows to more specific varieties.
  5. 5 Read the value grid

Click a result to see the grade grid. Columns show grade rows (VG, F, VF, XF, AU, MS60–MS70, etc.) with bid/ask or wholesale values depending on your subscription level. Higher grades show higher values.
  6. 6 Note suggested buy and sell prices

When your Greysheet API keys are configured in POS Config, SpotPro also shows suggested buy and suggested sell prices based on your wholesale discount and retail markup settings.
  7. 7 Use values during a NumisNexus buy

The same Greysheet engine powers collectible lines in NumisNexus. When you add a certified coin during a shop buy, guide values appear automatically — you do not need a separate lookup.
Greysheet values surface in NumisNexus buy lines.

  8. 8 Link values to inventory

When you stock a buy line with a Greysheet catalog number (GSID), the guide data saves on the inventory record. Future repricing can reference these values without another API call.
  9. 9 Connect API keys if values are blank

If search returns no values, open Configuration → Point of Sale Config, scroll to Greysheet API, paste your Dealer+ key and token, and click Save. See Connect Greysheet API Keys.
